Configuration & Pricing
Final pricing depends on configuration, size and tooling package. Most systems in this category are quoted within 3–5 working days — priced to compete with imported and OEM alternatives.
Two-spindle drilling station for simultaneous or sequenced drilling on production components.
A compact double-head drilling unit designed to perform two drilling operations in a controlled fixture. The arrangement can reduce handling and cycle time when two holes or two drilling positions must be processed on the same part.
Engineering problem: Sequential drilling on separate stations increases handling and fixture variation. A double-head unit keeps the part located while both operations are completed.
