Configuration & Pricing
Final pricing depends on configuration, size and tooling package. Most systems in this category are quoted within 3–5 working days — priced to compete with imported and OEM alternatives.
C-frame servo press for controlled force-displacement pressing and assembly up to 2 tonnes.
A programmable C-frame servo press for press-fit, insertion, forming and controlled assembly operations where force and final position both matter. The machine can execute a defined force-displacement profile and reject parts that fall outside the process window.
Engineering problem: Mechanical presses can apply force without knowing whether the part actually reached the correct position. Servo pressing adds controllable motion and process feedback so the machine can distinguish a good press curve from an abnormal one.
Typical use
| Parameter | Design basis / published information |
|---|---|
| Frame | C-frame |
| Capacity | Up to 2 tonnes |
| Monitoring | Load + dimension control |
| Application | Pressing & assembly with in-process verification |
| Typical force range | 0.5–20 kN for configurable servo build; 20 kN corresponds to ~2 t-force |
| Stroke | 50–300 mm typical |
| Position feedback | Servo encoder / linear scale as required |
| Force measurement | Load cell / force sensor |
