Configuration & Pricing
Final pricing depends on configuration, size and tooling package. Most systems in this category are quoted within 3–5 working days — priced to compete with imported and OEM alternatives.
Light-guided kitting and assembly-feed system for error-proof component picking.
A guided picking system that directs operators to the correct bin and quantity using illuminated locations and a PLC-driven sequence. It is effective for mixed-part kits where component similarity makes paper-based picking vulnerable to errors.
Engineering problem: Wrong-part and wrong-quantity errors are common in mixed-bin kitting. Pick-to-light converts the work instruction into a physical light cue and can require confirmation before the sequence advances.
